Learned how to produce theatre at MicheLee Puppets. Was hired as an actor, but was employed full time. As part of the full time staff I was involved in writing (creative and grant), partnership facilitation, organizing, and marketing.
As an independent artist, I regularly self-produce the art I create. This includes budgeting, gathering a team, writing grants, and organizing the logistics for an event.
As the Director of the School of Arts, Entertainment, and Design at Valencia College, I produced Spring Arts Week, an arts festival spanning 7 campuses. This festival ran for 6 consecutive years, 5 of which were under my direction. I also produced a radio show "Embracing the Bold", in which we interviewed faculty, students, and community members about their experiences making their art.
